Pasadena, CA –September 1, 2021 – With rising costs in metal, plastics, and ocean shipping, M-S Cash Drawer, like many other manufacturers, will have to increase their prices in the coming months. With escalating costs this past year due to the pandemic, the company has been absorbing higher losses than expected. After a year of holding steady, M-S Cash Drawer will regretfully have to increase product pricing.
Fortunately, M-S Cash Drawer settled an agreement with suppliers to take more financial responsibility to guarantee that customers will only have to pay a portion of the price increases. “We have negotiated with all our suppliers so everyone is taking a hit to their profits equally, in order to only pass along a portion of the increases to our valued customers.” commented Paul Masson, CFO of M-S Cash Drawer.
M-S Cash Drawer sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience and asks that you check in with their sales and customer service team about current pricing before any new POs are issued.
We are thankful for their customers’ support and patronage during these difficult times. M-S Cash Drawer wants to ensure customers know they will continue providing excellent service to meet customer expectations. No matter the obstacles, customers can rely on their products and the support they have come to rely on from M-S Cash Drawer.
