RetailNOW 2026 reminded us why this industry feels like home. And this year, home came with a little extra gold.
We’re deeply honored to be named a 2026 RSPA Gold Vendor Award of Excellence Winner in the Technology Distributor category — our 13th time earning this recognition, and the 4th year in a row taking home Gold. But here’s what matters most about this award: it isn’t handed down by a panel. It’s voted on by RSPA reseller members. By the channel. By you.
That’s what makes it mean everything. Being chosen by the very people we show up for every day isn’t just an accolade — it’s a responsibility we don’t take lightly.
The whole team was there, and it showed.
Having everyone at the show together was a treat. But what stayed with us was watching two trajectories unfold at once, side by side. At one end, Peter is closing out a remarkable career in POS — a lifetime of relationships honored in a single room. At the other, Victoria is just beginning hers, introducing herself to an industry that will come to know her well.
One chapter ending. Another just opening. And how fitting that both happened at RetailNOW — the place where our industry meets.
What we took away from the channel this year.
Walking the floor, talking with partners, comparing notes with other vendors and VARs — one thing became clear. The channel is strongest when we stop treating each other as links in a chain and start acting like a team. Margins are tighter. Buyers are savvier. The technology is moving faster than any one company can chase alone. The distributors, resellers, and vendors who thrive from here won’t be the ones who go it alone — they’ll be the ones who build together.
That’s the mission we’re doubling down on: to be the best distributor we can possibly be. Not because we’re chasing a trophy, but because we’re a people company first. Take care of your people, and everything else follows.
